These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Map Maker application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Map Maker is an iOS application that lets you create curated city guides and maps of your favorite places. Features include creating themed maps, adding pins with notes, photos, ratings, and categories, multiple map styles, and sharing maps as images or links.

2. Important Limitations

The App is a personal guide creation tool. You understand and agree that:

• The App is not a navigation or turn-by-turn directions tool.
• Place information is sourced from Apple MapKit and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.
• Maps you create are personal guides and should not be relied upon for emergency navigation or safety-critical decisions.
• Shared maps reflect the creator's personal recommendations and are not endorsed by Bulpara Inc.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Create maps containing illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Use the App to share locations that violate others' privacy or safety
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free tier limitations

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Available at no cost with up to 3 maps, 25 pins per map, 1 photo per pin, and standard map style.
• Premium Monthly: $3.99/month for unlimited maps & pins, 4 photos per pin, 5 map styles, full-quality export, and no ads.
• Premium Annual: $19.99/year (save 58%) with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

Maps, pins, notes, and photos you create are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to content you create using the App. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any server. When you share a map, you are responsible for the content shared.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on map content or place recommendations
• Inaccurate place information or location data
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Content shared by other users

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
